Ordering and Shipping

We offer direct online order fulfillment for the below mentioned products using a secure internet connection (SSL encryption). We use the registration service share-it! of element 5. This makes the online order process secure and risk free. Orders can also be placed by fax or phone in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German.

Flexible payment options

We offer flexible payment options, including credit and debit cards, wire transfer, check or cash.

Credit Card

This is the easiest, fastest and most popular method for buying dots software. Your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a highly secure manner.

The following cards can be used: Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, JCB und Diners Club and UK Debit Cards Solo und Switch.

Wire transfer

Check or cash: If you prefer these payment methods, please select them in the order form. You will receive detailed payment information along with the e-mail order confirmation following receipt of your order.

Purchase orders

We gladly accept purchase orders for approved business customers (PO). Please follow this guideline: How can I place a purchase order.

Please note: Online orders are processed automatically and are considerably faster than fax or phone orders.

Shipping

There are two different shipping options available.

Email

You will receive the license key information as well as a download link to download the software via e-mail.

Physical

You will receive a CD by mail in addition to the license key information via e-mail. Please note: There are additional fees for this shipping option.
Your CD will be mailed within 24 hours after payment has been received. Shipment by mail can take 2 to 8 business days within the EU, 10 to 25 business days in other countries and regions. You can use this CD as a backup copy of your product, i.e.: If you lose the downloaded product for any reason, you can again unlock the full version of the product at any time using the CD and the license key. To receive your CD choose "physical" shipment.

Delivery of the license key via e-mail or the shipment of the CD will be effected upon receipt of payment.
