dots provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee when our products (currently dots Pilot 2 and dots SoftSort) do not function as advertised. The 30 days start the date of our invoice. This guarantee applies only to the above mentioned products IF ORDERED ONLINE on our site. For all other sales channels please contact the appropriate partner of dots software (Distributor, affiliate or else). Please use the opportunity to test our fully functional demo versions prior to purchase.

Electronic delivery (E-Mail)

Return product 30 days after invoice.

If you have a technical issue, YOU MUST contact Technical Support via E-Mail within 30 days and request a trouble ticket.

If our support team cannot provide a solution, contact our Customer Service to be issued an RMA number. Customer Service needs the trouble ticket issued by support, so please include it in your E-Mail.

Write a letter on your letterhead clearly stating that you did remove the software from your computer without a trace (i.e. including manual, license key and all copies you may have kept). We provide a sample letter (LoD - Letter of Destruction) which you may use: Letter of Destruction. Send us this letter by mail or fax.

Please note: Shipping and Handling are non-refundable. We apply the handling fee of our service provider (shareit.com) or at least 15 €.
