dots Software Maintenance Plan Gold includes product updates and upgrades, online support, e-mail support, phone support and installation support.

dots SMP-Platinum
dots Software Maintenance Plan Platinum includes all services of the dots SMP-Gold plus privileged phone and e-mail support and support with non-standard installations.

dots SMP-Bronze: online support and e-mail support
For all registered users of the dots product families Cockpit, iSWT and Pilot we offer dots Software Maintenance Plan Bronze. This means online support 24 hours, seven days a week from Support. Our support pages provide technical how-to's, trouble shooting tips, a FAQ's list and more. Additionally we offer free e-mail support with a reply time of 3-5 business days. For this SMP category the reply is not guaranteed and can also be supplied later than 1 week.
To register your dots product lincense, open Support, click "New user – Register", fill in and submit the form. Alternatively you may fill in the registration card you received with your dots product and send it by postal mail.
